Reported attack on Perm Refinery

The Perm oil refinery (PNOS), operated by LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez, has been attacked in Perm.

The refinery began operating in 1958 and has undergone several rounds of expansion and modernization over the decades. It produces gasoline, diesel and other petroleum products, including winter and Arctic diesel grades.
